Celebrate 20 Years of Comfort and Compassion with Knitting4Peace
In 2026, Knitting4Peace is celebrating 20 years of Comfort and Compassion. Two decades of hand-crafted hope, kindness, and care shared with people facing hardship around the world.
During our annual Create-A-Thon, we are honoring these twenty years of service and inviting you to be part of what comes next.
Knitting4Peace is a small nonprofit with just two part-time employees, but our reach is powerful because of you-our volunteers, makers, and donors. Every hat, blanket, and shawl delivered carries a message: You are not alone. Someone cares.
This year, our goal is to raise $8,500 between June 1 and June 14.
These funds will help sustain our work through the second and third quarters of 2026 by covering essential expenses like deliveries, supplies, and the day-to-day costs that make our mission possible.
For the past four years, our community has stepped forward in extraordinary ways, not only meeting our Create-A-Thon goal, but surpassing it. That generosity has allowed us to respond when people needed comfort the most.
We are calling on you to make that happen again.
